Our work with Osivax focuses on defining the human immune responses generated by its novel vaccine candidates. Using high-resolution single-cell profiling, we examine vaccine-induced immunity in depth, from antigen-specific T-cell responses to the coordinated activity of innate and adaptive immune compartments. The resulting insights will help clarify how the Osivax platform drives broad and sustained immune protection and inform the development of next-generation vaccines targeting rapidly evolving viral pathogens.
